Welcome...my name is Gregory L. Hudson.
I am the author of "Monologues by Gregory L. Hudson;" subtitled, "Dramatic Monologues For Actors, Why I Sued Eddie Murphy: No Harm, No Foul, 48 POEMS: Reflections Of A Poet, SHOWTIME: Comedic Acting Scene for Two Actors." I consult, lecture and teach primarily in the performing arts areas of acting, voice, movement, writing, producing, and directing. I founded my first theatrical production company, The Hudson Repertory Company as an undergraduate student at Brooklyn College; which later became Poor Penny Productions, Inc., where I served as founder and artistic director. | In the area of copyright infringement, Gregory (representing himself as a Pro Se Litigant) sued Universal Studios, Eddie Murphy, Heavy D, a/k/a Dwight Meyers, Brian Grazer, Robert Ramsey, Matthew Stone and others all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States for copyright infringement over the hit movie, LIFE, starring Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawerence, Heavy D, Bernie Mac and others. His lawsuit stated that the defendants' used "protected experessions" from his stage play comedy, No Harm, No Foul and his stage play drama, Bronx House, without his authorization and that they "Breached an Implied-In-Fact-Contract" by not paying him as promised for the use of his work or ideas. |
