Update!!!
Back To The Supreme Court Again!!! On July 13, 2010, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals denied Hudson's request for reargument. Hudson is now preparing to petition the Supreme Court of the United States again, for a "second time within the past ten years.
Update!!!
Hudson v. Universal
On Tuesday, March 30, 2010, Gregory filed a motion for a Rehearing with a Suggestion for an En Banc hearing at the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
An En Banc hearing is a request for the entire 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals to hear the oral argument in stead of the 3 judge panel or 3 judges deciding the case behind closed doors without the benefit of an oral argument. An En Banc hearing is appropriate when a lower Court's ruling "Conflicts" with other Courts or its own.
Gregory contents that by the Courts denying him the right to discovery and the Courts disregarding his Breach of Implied-In-Fact Contract cause of action "Clearly departs, conflicts, ignores the rule of law, and precedence setting cases.
Gregory also requested that 4 questioned be "Certified" by the Supreme Court of the United States before the 2nd Circuit review his motion. Gregory's motion will be posted here.

Why I Sued Eddie Murphy
The new book, "Why I Sued Eddie Murphy" is on schedule to be released late 2010 or early 2011. Due to the nature and people named in the book, you won't be able to order your copy in advance. Crooks and thieves don't like the truth, therefore ... those who have engaged in criminal activities and the likes will take "extraordinary efforts" to surpress this book because it reveals "the truth." No further information will be provided about this book. Once it is released, selected people will be informed as to where it can be purchased. The movie version is currently in development.
Hudson v. Universal
On, Monday, March 16, 2010, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals on "Total Submission" dismissed (Affirmed) Gregory's case against Universal Studios over the copyrights to the hit movie, LIFE, starring Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy.
The 3 Judge panel cited, "...there is no substantial similarity between Hudson's play and the movie Life." The Court totally ignored Gregory's "Breach of Implied-In-Fact Contract" claim and simply stated, "...the Court found the rest of Hudson's claims to be meritless."
"For nealy 10 years the New York Federal Courts have been saying that there is no substantial similarity between Hudson's plays, No Harm, No Foul and Life," says Gregory. "I'm going to put an end to that claim once and for all. What the Courts have never said is that there are more than 60 photographs comparing the works that have been 'Suppressed' and 'hidden' from the public, but I'm going to create a page on this site and prove to the entire world that my works was stolen."

Did I Kill The Donkey?
Ever since my article below,
"Is Eddie Murphy Broke?,"
I have not seen the "jackass"
or the "Commercial."
July 25, 2010
Is Eddie Murphy Broke?
Nowadays, Eddie Murphy is the "ass" (jackass/donkey) in the new commercial for "Carnival Cruise Line." Since "super star actors" rarely, if ever, do comercials of any kind and some even considers doing commercials to be an "act of desparation" ... there is growing speculation about his finances as a result of his many personal, legal, and financial problems. Has Eddie Murphy, who was once Hollywood's top leading man, and who commanded as much as $20 million a movie finally hit rock bottom? Seemingly, other than the being the ass in the movie "Shrek," his last string of movies have "bombed" at the box office causing wide-spread panic in the movie industry to produce movies with Murphy as the star. Or is it that, "no one wants to see Murphy, other than as an ass, any more? What do you think?

Gregory is now working on ... a project to "SAVE INDEPENDENT ARTISTS." Save Independent Artists Movement is a group committed to "supporting independent and unrepresented artists" whose work(s) are stolen by individuals, groups, or entities that profit and take credit for artistic works created by independent and unrepresented artists. Members of this group "will not: support movies, buy music, video games, or any other form of art that is stolen from independent and unrespresented artists because of the "devasting adverse impact" the theft has on the artist(s), their career(s), and their families. Members of this group believe that unless these actions are taken, independent artists will no longer exists and movies, music, and video games will only be produce through entities and copyright thieves. This group is created out of necessity because there is "no where for independent artists to turn for legal help to protect their work(s)."
I am truly grateful and humbled for the enormous and unexpected support that I am receiving to "SAVE INDEPENDENT ARTISTS." Notification of the first artist, movie, and movie company to be protested will arrive soon. And to answer the question, "When was the last time I watched an Eddie Murphy movie?" "I don't remember, but it was more than 10 years ago ... When will I watch or support another Eddie Murphy movie? "when hell freezes over! Neither me, my family, friends or supporters will ever again watch an Eddie Murphy movie and nor will we support any artists or entities that support or work with him! I don't and won't support thieves of any sort. If any of my supporters felt that they had to watch an Eddie Murphy movie, of course, they would watch it on "BOOTLEG."
IS YOUR FREEDOM WORTH $40,000.00? (Hudson v. Universal Studios) (Comment here)
Hudson vows to cost Universal Studios $1 Billion dollars in loss revenue from future movies
March 31, 2010
March 8, 2010, is the date that the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, in New York City set for Hudson to appear for Oral Argument (For a 3rd time since 2004) in his nearly 10 year battle against Universal Studios, Eddie Murphy, and others over a "Breach of Implied-In-Fact Contract and Copyright Infringement for the hit movie, Life, starring Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence.
Without notification, the 2nd Circuit "Yanked Hudson off of the docket" two days before argument and told him that he would no longer be able to argue his case; instead, his case would be "Heard on Total Submission;" meaning that 3 judges would decide Hudson's case behind closed doors. To no one's surprise, on March 16, 2010, the 3 judges ruled against Hudson, and ... "Fined Hudson nearly $40,000.00; affirming the Southern District Court of New York's decision. The Court claims that
Hudson "did not oppose the fee in a timely manner; which the Court records prove to be untrue."
Hudson has appealed both rulings and his response to the fine is, "You can fine me $40 zillion dollars, it's not going to stop me from pursuing my case and protecting my work." Hudson has now taken the first step towards "Suing the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals to have his case fully heard and for full access to the Courts."
Hudson's second "Petition for a Writ of Certiorira" to the Supreme Court of the United States will appear here.
Hudson's request for Reargument with suggestion for Reargument En Banc will appear shortly.
The Second Circuit Court of Appeal's order denying Hudson's request for "Reargument/En Banc Hearing" will appear here.
